To start, you must
- Already be a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
- Have maintained your broker status by completing 30 hours of Post-Licensing.

Complete 45 hours of approved managing broker Pre-Licensing education
Successfully complete an approved 45 clock hour Pre-Licensing course with 30 hours of managing broker Pre-Licensing education and 15 mandatory interactive hours.

Pass the course final exam
After you complete all the course materials, meet the minimum time requirement, and pass the practice exam, you must pass a course final exam. The minimum passing score is 75%.
